urgent, can you make it in 270 mm width without any background (square and rectangle and without it's outlines too) and see attached file, can you add the white part over the wheel over both wheels so it's symmetric please

see attached file, cany ou put the part cercled in red centered. Can you duplicate the parts cercled in purple to make it symmetrical please
